Overview
Achievement Plus (A+) is a business intelligence solution for the education market. Providing analysis of elementary and secondary report cards, EQAO and standardized assessments, A+ supports ETL from a variety of the most popular SMS systems, and loads more than 20 different forms of standardized assessments.
The solution is based on a dimensional data warehouse, and provides more than 50 ready-made reports. A+ provides a powerful enterprise wide achievement analysis solution, allowing school boards to focus on improving student achievement instead of worrying about their data infrastructure.

Achievement Plus provides a data warehouse, source data queries, ETL of data, and pre-built reports.
It offers over 30 reports to quick-start customers in using the data contained in their warehouse. The Framework model allows customers to build their own custom reports to meet their unique requirements.
Architecture
A+ provides a warehouse built with a dimensional data model. It uses Cognos Data Manager to manage system ETLs, Analysis Studio for dashboarding, and Cognos Connection to provide user access to reports. A framework model has been implemented to facilitate reporting.
