Overview

The BearingPoint POM & Budget solution presents a comprehensive approach to a successful start of the PPBE campaign. It concludes with a handoff to the Department's budget process for inclusion in the overall DoD portion of the President's Budget.

The solution includes the collection of data, prioritization of initiatives, and packaging of initiatives into a program of consolidated decision package sets. Also provided are what if analysis, workflow, data views, and customized reporting based on the Secretary of Defense's Program Decision Memorandums (PDM) and Program Budget Decision (PBD), including creating the Budget Book, J-Book, and budget formulation exhibits.
