Architecture

• Enterprise Planning. Cognos Planning implemented for planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Enterprise Scorecarding. IBM Cognos Metrics Manager for mission and support goals. BearingPoint responsible for agency wide goals. Administration for metrics.
• Enterprise Business Intelligence. IBM Cognos ReportNet and IBM Cognos PowerPlay implemented for detailed analysis. Distinct business areas now have IBM Cognos ReportNet reports and IBM Cognos PowerPlay cubes.

Availability

Customers can access the GPM Solution using Cognos out-of-the-box URLs. We also deploy the GPM solution using enterprise portals such as Weblogic and Sharepoint.
