Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
It has been a long-standing policy of Cognos, an IBM company, that we will conduct our business ethically and in conformance with the laws and regulations of all the countries in which we do business. For this and other reasons, the company has earned a well-deserved reputation for high standards of business conduct.
Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics sets out the principles that constitute our way of doing business and affirms our Core Values. It identifies the equally important commitments we have to our stakeholders.
